In October of 2016 the VitaCBD website stated the following:

“One of the Industry’s Healthiest Blended Tinctures is created using only Grape Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Oil…”

So, the issue in our original review was that if the only ingredients were ONLY Grape Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Oil, there would be only negligible amounts of CBD contained in the product, at best. The full section on the website stated the following in October of 2016:

“CBD Tincture is a highly pure and potent, CO2-extracted product that is designed to help support overall wellness. CBD Tincture is one of the most convenient ways to add CBD to your diet by simply putting a few drops under the tongue. One of the Industry’s Healthiest Blended Tinctures is created using only Grape Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Oil, and this Digestive-Friendly Tincture (No MCT, Coconut Oil or Gylcerin) is truly a Holistic, Anti-Oxidant Rich Supplemental addition to anyone’s daily health routine.”

However, prompted by an comment received today (3/27/17) from a representative of the company we see that the company website’s product description has changed since our original review. Their website has been changed to indicate the product is derived from the hemp “plant’ and not just the ‘hemp seed’.

The latest product description (viewed on 3/27/17) has been changed and now reads as follows:

“CBD Essential Dropz Flavorless is a Uniquely Blended Oral Ticnture. Using Full Spectrum CO2 Industrial Hemp Oil, from Terpene-Rich Industrial Hemp Plants, in an IOS Certified, Clean-Room Lab one of the Industry’s Healthiest Blended Tinctures is blended using simply Grape Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Oil, this Digestive-Friendly Tincture (No MCT, Coconut Oil or Gylcerin) is truly a Holistic, Anti-Oxidant Rich Supplemental Addition to anyone’s, daily routine.”

Their return policy is inadequate and, frankly, seems disingenuous. They claim they offer a 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee BUT their return policy is only for 5 Days and for unopened, unused products.
