There is NO authorized, authentic product called Rick Simpson Oil (or RSO) by the author Rick Simpson.
If you see a product called ‘Rick Simpson Oil’ it is an outright SCAM.
Quoting Rick Simpson from his website…
“On my official website phoenixtears.ca (my one and only website) you can find dosage instructions and all the other information required to produce your own high quality medicinal hemp oil.”
“On countless occasions I’ve told the public that I don’t produce or supply the oil, because it is still against the law in many countries and I am not connected with anyone who claims that they are supplying “The Real Rick Simpson Oil”. Unfortunately, it’s impossible for me to put a stop to all those who supply what they say is my oil, but at least now the public knows the truth, so please be aware of this fact.”
“I do not have representatives who provide the oil in different countries and if somebody is trying to sell you oil and they claim that they are directly connected with me, you can be sure that they are trying to scam you. There are many individuals and organisations who say that they are producing my oil and in addition they do not hesitate to use my name to fill their pockets, but I have no involvement with any of them.”
“I am not connected with any foundation, and I have no connection with the Phoenix Tears Foundation from the U.S. and Janet Sweeney, although there is a link on their web site which leads to my official web site and to my Facebook page.”
Rick Simpson sells a book.
In his book he explains how people can make their own oil.

THE BOTTOM LINE
We here at CBDReporter.com have not read, and are not providing a review of the Simpson book nor are we providing any opinion regarding the books’ contents.
The only purpose of this post is to warn consumers who have an interest in Rick Simpson’s story or methods of producing oils that there are a number of scams online suggesting they are selling what they call ‘Rick Simpson Oil’ or ‘Rick Simpson Hemp Oil’ implying that they are selling something made by, or authorized by, the author Rick Simpson…when they are not.
